How to Attain this Retro, Chic Look

This new oversized blouse w/ high-waisted pants trend is a current favorite of mine. It gives me 90's vibes, but I don't think it ever became popular back then. Both my top and shorts were purchased from Forever 21 and I just have on a pair of black strapped sandals. If you wish to recreate this look, simply pair any oversized shirt or blouse with a pair of high-waisted jeans or shorts. Also, I left the top of my shirt unbuttoned and added my sunglasses as an accessory. Two things that would take this outfit to the next level are a black belt and some bangle bracelets.
